11. About this website

Oshi Astra (oshiastra.com, "the website") features characters from several works as well as original characters, and offers an AI chat service with text-to-speech. It is operated by an individual in Australia. Contact: kurumiku0611@gmail.com.

By using the website you agree to these Terms.

22. Accounts

• An account needs a username and a password; you can also sign in with GitHub or Google. Email is optional; without an email address a forgotten password cannot be recovered.
• Keep your password safe. Actions taken through your account are treated as yours.
• Accounts are for personal use only and may not be transferred, sold or lent.
• Usernames can be changed once every three days.

33. Free features and daily allowance

• All features are free to use. AI chat and text-to-speech come with a free daily allowance ("Today's Starwish") that resets at 00:00 China Standard Time (UTC+8) and does not carry over.
• The size of the daily allowance and the Starwish cost of each chat message or voice line may be adjusted as models and costs change.

44. Starwish

• Starwish is the website's usage credit. It pays for AI usage on this website: AI model usage for chat replies and text-to-speech. Starwish works across the whole website; it is not tied to any work or character and does not unlock any character.
• Starwish can be earned through experience points or purchased. Purchases are priced at CNY 1 = 100 Starwish, as shown on the Starwish page.
• Starwish in your Starwish Pool does not expire. It cannot be withdrawn, transferred, or exchanged for cash or anything else of value.
• Purchases are made through Afdian or Stripe, in Chinese yuan (CNY). After a successful payment, Starwish is added to the paying account automatically.
• If you are under 18, get a parent or guardian's permission before buying Starwish.
• Monthly, Yearly and Lifetime passes give an amount of Starwish on purchase, then more each day or week while active. Daily and weekly Starwish is added on the first signed-in visit of that day or week; days and weeks without a visit are not made up. "Lifetime" means for as long as this website operates, for the purchasing account only. The Starwish page has the full rules.
• Starwish obtained through bugs, scripts or other improper means may be removed.

55. AI-generated content

• Chat replies and voice lines are generated by AI models. They may be inaccurate, incomplete or inappropriate, and do not represent the views of the operator or of any rights holder.
• Character chats are AI interpretations based on public information, not official content. Do not rely on them for medical, legal, financial or other professional advice.
• What you type is sent to AI providers to generate replies (see the Privacy Policy). Do not enter sensitive information such as ID numbers, card numbers or passwords.

66. Content you post

• You are responsible for the comments, replies, submissions, quiz questions and other content you post, and you must have the rights needed to post it.
• Image submissions accept images from the web only, not photos you took yourself.
• You allow the website to display, store and process that content as needed to run the website.
• The website may review content and remove anything that breaks these Terms or the law.

77. Prohibited conduct

• Breaking the law, or infringing others' intellectual property, privacy or other rights;
• Harassing, abusing or threatening others; posting sexual, violent or hateful content;
• Using scripts or automation to call the website's APIs in bulk, or to get around allowances, rate limits or payments;
• Exploiting bugs to obtain Starwish or other benefits;
• Impersonating others or the operator.

The website may remove content, take back improperly obtained Starwish, or restrict accounts that break these rules.

88. Intellectual property

• Characters, names, images and related materials from the works featured here belong to their respective rights holders. This is an unofficial website, not affiliated with those rights holders.
• If you are a rights holder and believe content here infringes your rights, please contact us by email; we will review and remove it.

99. Changes to and end of the service

• The website may change, suspend or stop some or all features, with notice on the website.
• If the website is going to stop operating, we will post a notice at least 30 days in advance and stop selling Starwish and passes from the day of the notice. Payments made in the 30 days before the notice can be refunded in full on request before the website closes; earlier payments are not refunded.

1010. Limitation of liability

• To the extent permitted by law, the website is provided as is, without a guarantee that it will be uninterrupted or error-free.
• Nothing in these Terms excludes, restricts or modifies any right or remedy you have under the Australian Consumer Law that cannot lawfully be excluded.

1111. Governing law

These Terms are governed by the laws of Victoria, Australia.

1212. Changes to these Terms

We may update these Terms. Changes are posted on this page with a new "Last updated" date. Continuing to use the website after changes take effect means you accept them.
